You should study some psychology some time. I think it might shed some light on such phenomenon.

People's senses and imaginations cause spectacular stories to come about. Given any event that happens in public, ask the people in the audience what happened and you'll get as many differing accounts as there are people telling them. Furthermore, many people want to believe in ghosts. Given these observations, I place no stock in so called "ghost" sightings.

good in jehovah's witnesses
by John Doe ini thought it might be nice to see some positive things mentioned about jw's.
now, i know mentioning these things may be hard given the experiences here, but i've yet to find a group of people who don't have something positive about them.
if there weren't something positive, no one would ever join.

Actually, yes, there is much good in cow patties. Did you see the thread here on manure the other day? :-) A lot of nutrients are placed back into the soil through manure. Many fine gardens have prospered because of it. So, are you going to think about the stench, or are you going to think about the great tomatoes and corn that come from the organic? ;-)

I agree keyser. However, faith and religion is rarely about logic and reason. ;-)

Ok, I'll start. I always appreciated the sincerity of a few of the older men and women in my congregation. They were the sweetest things in the world--honest and sincere--and I never heard them say a negative thing about anyone. A few had been in the religion since the 50's and had to make some great sacrifices for what they believed. Even though they were and are misguided, I still have profound respect for them.

The universe is incomprehensibly big. We are part of the universe. We explore space. Given these facts, I would be surprised if there isn't some form of extra terrestrial beings (I assume this is what you meant by "ufo") somewhere. However, I think their existence or lack thereof is a moot point.

Art ... And I found out later that the classes from the junior college wouldn't transfer to the art school and I would have to take them over again.
Try talking to someone else. They might let you take a test and avoid retaking the classes. There are way to work around what's in the books, you just might have to get approval from the dean.

So, I enrolled in cake decorating classes starting next month. What do you think of this idea. Could it work? pointers?
Umm, I'm going to need some samples to give an honest opinion here. ;-)
